We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, stock errors, incorrect pricing).

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

  2. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email.

  3. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund (if already paid).

Prices and product information may change. Mistakes in product listings, stock level or pricing may be corrected without prior notice.

Prices shown:

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You are entitled to replacements or refunds for defective goods under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Dutch Civil Code.

If you believe your product is defective:
